At FXUtilsy, we recognize that trade execution logs, strategy playbooks, and risk boundaries represent a trader's most proprietary edge. We treat your trading records with the highest degree of confidentiality and never sell, aggregate, or monetize trader order flow.

shield1. Our Zero-Monetization Pledge

FXUtilsy operates on a simple, subscription-funded business model. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your execution history, strategy tags, account balance data, or trade telemetry to any third party, including prop firms, brokers, market makers, algorithmic funds, or advertising networks. Your data is accessible solely by you.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Credentials

When registering, we collect your email address and an encrypted hash of your password. Passwords are one-way hashed using industry-standard bcrypt with high computational work factors; we never have access to your plaintext password.

B. Trade Logs & Execution Files

When you manually log trades or import execution CSV files (from NinjaTrader, Tradovate, MetaTrader, TradingView, etc.), we process trade timestamps, symbols, entry/exit prices, contract size, fees, screenshot attachments, and custom tags strictly to generate your journal analytics and risk metrics.

C. Billing & Payment Records

Payment transactions are processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partners (such as Stripe). FXUtilsy never receives, handles, or stores your full credit card numbers or banking details.

D. Technical Telemetry & Logs

We collect standard operational logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, and system error traces) exclusively to diagnose application errors, prevent brute-force attacks, and maintain 99.99% service uptime.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly for the following purposes:

Computing R-multiple expectancy, drawdown buffers, and win-rate statistics.
Executing your pre-set risk parameters (daily loss limits, max trades, revenge locks).
Authenticating your active session and preventing unauthorized access.
Delivering critical account notifications, billing receipts, and security alerts.
Improving application reliability, calculation precision, and bug mitigation.

4. Data Security Standards

We employ defense-in-depth security architectures to protect your data against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration:

ENCRYPTION IN TRANSITAll HTTP traffic is enforced over TLS 1.3 with modern HSTS headers.

5. Your Rights: 100% Portability & Right to Erasure

You retain complete ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to:

Export Your Data: Export your full trade history, notes, and metrics anytime via CSV or JSON format from your account settings.
Permanent Account Deletion: Request immediate, complete deletion of your account and all associated trade logs with zero lingering backups.
Opt Out of Non-Essential Communications: Control all email notification preferences in your profile dashboard.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

FXUtilsy uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies and local storage solely for session persistence, authentication tokens, and interface preferences (such as dark mode and calculator state). We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking pixels or retargeting cookies.
